Most orders ship within 3-7 business days — printed fresh, packed with care, worth the wait. Once it's on its way, delivery typically takes from 3–5 days.  Track it obsessively or let it be a surprise — we don't judge. 😊 

(Of course, weather, holidays, and carrier delays can occasionally add a few extra days - we appreciate your patience when that happens.)

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout and in your order confirmation email.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.  We cannot issue refunds or free replacements for items delivered to the address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the item.

The Short Version

We're a small, family-run shop, and every Summit & Sage item is printed only after you order — we don't keep a stockroom full of extras sitting around waiting to be exchanged.

That means you'll never end up with a shirt that's been returned, tried on, or shipped back by someone else — yours is made fresh, just for you.

It also means our return process looks a little different than the big guys, but we promise it's still simple and fair.

• Got something damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect? We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
• For eligible size or color returns, we offer store credit after the item is returned and approved.
• You'll have 30 days from delivery to contact us about an eligible return.

The Details

Defective, Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If something arrives wrong, we want to make it right. Please contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue — including a full photo of the garment laid flat and a close-up of the defect.

Once we've reviewed and confirmed the issue, we'll provide the next steps and, at your choice, send a replacement or issue a full refund. There is no fee for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Size & Color Returns

It's always best to take a peek at our size chart before ordering — and if you're ever unsure, just ask us! Because every item is printed to order, we cannot offer traditional one-for-one exchanges. Instead, eligible size and color returns are processed for store credit, giving you the flexibility to choose a different size, color, design, or product when placing your new order.

Size and color returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage, and returned with any original tags and packaging when applicable.

Prepaid Return Label & Processing Fee

For eligible size and color returns, we can provide a prepaid return label for the following fee:

• T-shirt return: $9.95
• Each additional T-shirt in the same return: $3.00
• Hoodie return: $12.95
• Each additional hoodie in the same return: $5.00

This fee covers the prepaid return label and return processing. Once your return request is approved, we will send a payment link for the applicable fee. After payment is received, we'll email your prepaid return label and return instructions.

Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection, we will issue store credit for the item's original purchase price plus applicable sales tax. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase; standard shipping charges apply to the new order.

Prefer a Refund Instead?

If you prefer an eligible refund to your original payment method rather than store credit, we're happy to process one after the item is returned and approved. For refund requests due to size, color, preference, or another customer-choice reason, you are responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

Once the item is received and approved, we will refund the original item purchase price plus applicable sales tax to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because each item is printed to order, we're not able to accept returns simply because you've changed your mind. We know that's different from shopping at a big-box retailer, but it's what lets us keep our prices fair and our footprint small.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us through our contact page within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll take care of it. After that, your item is already headed to print, so we won't be able to cancel or modify it.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't shown up within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, let us know and we'll look into what happened.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return. Please do not send anything back before your return is approved and you receive instructions from us. We cannot accept unauthorized returns.
