🌲 Flat rate $5.87 — or free shipping when you buy 2 tees or any hoodie, because every park deserves a wardrobe.
Most orders ship within 3-7 business days — printed fresh, packed with care, worth the wait. Once it's on its way, delivery typically takes from 3–5 days. Track it obsessively or let it be a surprise — we don't judge. 😊
(Of course, weather, holidays, and carrier delays can occasionally add a few extra days - we appreciate your patience when that happens.)
Incorrect Shipping Addresses — Please double-check your shipping address during checkout and in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. We cannot issue refunds or free replacements for items delivered to the address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the item.
Returns & Exchanges
The Short Version
We're a small, family-run shop, and every Summit & Sage tee is printed only after you order — we don't keep a stockroom full of extras sitting around waiting to be exchanged.
That also means you'll never end up with a shirt that's been returned, tried on, or shipped back by someone else — yours is made fresh, just for you.
It does mean our return process looks a little different than the big guys, but we promise it's still simple and fair.
- Got something damaged or defective? We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no drama.
- Received the wrong item? Same thing — just reach out.
- You've got 30 days from delivery to let us know.
- Contact us through our contact page — real humans, real responses.
The Details
Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If something arrives wrong, we want to make it right. Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — a full shot of the garment laid flat, plus a close-up of the defect. Once we've taken a look and confirmed the issue, we'll get a replacement printed and shipped to you at no cost to you.
Size & Color Exchanges
It's always best to take a peek at our size chart before you order — and if you're ever unsure, just ask us!
Ordered the wrong size, or want a different color? We're happy to help, within 30 days of delivery. Here's how it works:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and still have its tags and original packaging.
- You'll cover the cost of return shipping, sent via any trackable shipping method.
- Once your return is on its way, send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it.
- When we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue store credit for the full product value (shipping not included). Store credit never expires, so use it whenever you're ready.
- Prefer a refund to your original payment method instead? That's available too — a 15% processing fee applies to refunds.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Because each shirt is printed to order, we're not able to accept returns simply because you've changed your mind. We know that's different from shopping at a big-box retailer, but it's what lets us keep our prices fair and our footprint small.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us through our contact page within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll take care of it. After that, your shirt is already headed to print, so we won't be able to cancel or modify it.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't shown up within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, let us know and we'll dig in to find out what happened.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we'll send you instructions for getting your item back to us. Please don't send anything back before reaching out first — we won't be able to accept items sent without an approved return request.
We're a small brand that donates $1 from every order to the National Park Foundation. If something's off, just reach out — we're all here for the same reason: protecting the places we love to explore.
